Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of skin concerns do you specialize in?
I specialize in corrective skincare—which means I focus on concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, scarring, and uneven skin tone. Every treatment is personalized based on your skin’s needs and your goals.

2. What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your first visit includes a thorough skin analysis, consultation, and a customized facial treatment. We’ll talk about your current routine, concerns, and create a plan that’s tailored just for you—because great skin starts with great strategy!

3. How often should I get facials?
For corrective results, I typically recommend coming in every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin goals and the treatment plan we create together.

4. Do I need to stop using my skincare products before my facial?
Not necessarily! I’ll review your current routine during your visit. However, if you’re using active ingredients like retinol, AHAs, or BHAs, I may recommend pausing them 2–3 days before your appointment to avoid irritation.

5. What products do you use?
I use professional-grade skincare—especially from Skin Script—chosen for their effectiveness and ability to be customized for every skin type and concern.

6. Can I wear makeup after my facial?
It’s best to let your skin breathe for 24 hours after your facial so the products and treatments can work their magic without interruption.

7. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee in accordance with my booking policy.

8. How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through my website by clicking the Book Now button or through my scheduling platform. If you have questions before booking, feel free to reach out!

9. Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes! I offer a membership program for consistent care and savings, as well as seasonal packages and add-on options. Ask me at your next appointment or check the membership page for details.
